Energy Feasibility Studies

In order to identify Energy and Cost reduction solutions for Clients, the first stage is the Feasibility study. Energy feasibility studies start with a fresh idea and are used as the path to identify new energy saving opportunities that fit the Client needs.

Identifying engineering solutions

Bringing new ideas and proposing innovative energy and cost saving solutions

Feasibility studies include site audits/ visits, collecting and analysing site information and assessing performance of existing systems prior to developing a fit for purpose projects for our Clients. We have the technical and implementation knowledge and experience that enable us to identify energy saving opportunities and envisage innovative technical solutions.

Energy efficiency technologies, design strategies, and controls, related to end uses for retail, commercial and industrial site and buildings are analysed and conceptually developed by our experienced Engineering Team. A technical and economic assessment is carried out for the shortlisted projects. The Capital Cost is developed to within +/-30% to enable the Client’s decision making process. This approach minimises the required investment at this stage whilst ensuring decision makers have the information needed. The project(s) that is selected is then to the next stage which is the Scheme Design.
